Tara & Manish Adhikari

Tara and Manish are students at UA, studying to be heroes. The two of them are not really two people, but more along the lines of one person or even 1.5 people, split into two opposing aspects of one identity. They cannot go far from each other without feeling immense pain, so are usually right by each other's side. Duality is a quirk from their father which splits one person into twins, seizing on one axis of duality to split them on. In tara and manish's case, this was a dichotomy of tiger and not tiger, due to the additional inheritance of their mother's quirk, Stripes. Manish is fully human, and can speak, he just looks like a tiger. Conversely, Tara is perfectly capable of roaring.
