Zack is a half Ditto, half Eevee hybrid who is the current wielder of the mech suit known as the EV-8.
Zack wants to follow in his father’s footsteps, becoming a hero just like him. The opportunity arises when Zack finds an old box, a relic passed down from generation to generation known as the EV-8. His first attempt at using the mech suit.. didn’t go so well and he got stuck in a tree thanks to the suits turbo boosters on the bottom of the legs.
One of the old designers for the EV-8 and former friend to Zack’s father known as Amp notices that the EV-8 is suddenly activated again and hurries over to investigate. Amp finds Zack, they become friends and Amp lets Zack in to his top secret lab.
Side note: the EV-8 has speakers inbuilt into where the ears should be on a normal eeveelution.
