Ottavia Mozzarella

Ottavia Mozzarella is the tenacious and eccentric show runner for PTV! Or at least, she thinks she was. After too many mistakes on her end, just being a general nuisance, and an ongoing feud between her and Pizzahead. She was converted into a TV signal and was trapped in the basement of the tower, just to make things a little bit easier on everyone...

Nobody really knows how long she was stuck down there for, and it possibly made her even more crazy with no connections to other TV's and electronics, doesn't help that the only feed she had with the outside world was just camera feed from inside the tower. But not long after, Peppino ventured down into the basement and ran into Ottavia, bringing along the TV HUD, which was a viable connection Ottavia could move to, and so she did!

(In my mind, the basement is like a... dlc floor that utilizes super old mechanics that were scrapped in the final game, and through out the levels Ottavia would be in place of the normal HUD, just hanging out and using the unused speech bubble to give flavor text and comment on your gameplay)
