West

West is a throwaway NPC specifically used in an old RP. He might be refined in the future and used for other projects as a side or background character.

West is a young man, around his mid 20s in 1943. He has blonde, scruffy hair, his clothes need a wash, and his voice is nasally and cracks often. This gives the impression that he's unassuming and inexperienced, supported by the fact that he always seems to have an injury of some sort and tries to stay out of people's way. His outward appearance is contrasted by the fact that he has a cunning mind, attempting to pull schemes and even getting away with some rewards for his efforts. He goes so far as to even try fooling Donovan, which ends up causing him more trouble than the initial plot was worth.
