Deacon

Visual description: Deacon is a boy with flat, dark brown hair in a choppy and uneven cut. He has sunken eyes that are downturned, with white irises. He has a unilateral cleft lip on his left side. Deacon is a little gloomy and weird, and can be paranoid. He has frequent nightmares but he turns them into artful film projects in order to take control of the fears. He's a film major in college, and takes some other visual art classes as well. He's currently dating Smiley.

Deacon is prone to wandering and getting lost, but he doesnt mind. His favorite season is winter, he loves to take care of the local stray cats around his apartment when it gets cold, but he also loves the early days of spring when little flowers start to pop up. Despite what his disposition suggests he is an optimist, it's very hard to break his spirit.

When Smiley and Deacon first met, they naturally got along due to their quiet natures. As time went on their friendship grew. One day that they had made plans to spend time together, Deacon went into Smiley's room without waiting for an answer before opening the door, and Smiley was sitting half-costumed with the mask off. He immediately screamed at Deacon to get out, and Deacon just went home and didn't say anything. That was the start of Deacon's crush. They didn't talk for a few days after that incident but soon enough they apologized. From then on Smiley becomes more comfortable unmasked around Deacon as well when they hang around with the band. Eventually Deacon told Smiley that he loves him, and the two of them started dating.
