Minnou is built to an extent, however still bears a scrawny body type with lanky limbs and wiry frame. His fur is greasy but light to the touch littered with stripes of navy shades, too are his whiskers crooked and bent and his arms and legs covered in hardened fur in a scale-like pattern (though not particularly scales). His most notable feature however is his electric eel tail and spinal fins; a bright lightning yellow that is as well patterned in navy stripes which is strangely smooth and dry to the touch.

Minnou's ears are stretched into tunnels and his collarbones are pierced into spiked dermals, both of which are golden due to his affinity with jewelry accompanying often worn chains and rings. His hair is shaved at the sides in a side-sweep which he occassionally ties into a ponytail. The triangle patterns on his fur, eyes and navy patterns on his tails and fins change to a bright white-yellow when electricity surges through his body, triggered by intense emotion - more often than not anger.

Minnou is tempermental and problematic, acting much more like an entitled 16 year old than an adult; he's quick to jump to conclusions and even quicker with concluding to physical confrontation over sorting something out. He rarely thinks about the consequences of his actions before he takes them, taking on a thick stubborn skull that's self centered on him and him only. He feels as if the world is his for the taking and expects things to come to him without working for it, quick to anger and taking it out on others around him when those expectations never come to light.

Minnou actively looks to inflate his already large ego, poorly flirting with anyone he possibly can with the vision he's a heart throb. Due to this and his anger issues, he carries a lot of enemies of his shoulders - which he treats all of them like a game with bratty, cocky remarks. He doesn't intend to be the way he is, however has never had any real positive influence in his life to tell him otherwise. Minnou is aware of his issues however has no intent to fix them at the moment, feeling he can deal with the problems he makes now at a later time; of which never really comes around. Despite all of this however, he is a deathly loyal friend to anyone who ends up sticking around him and would actively pick fights in what he feels like is their best interest.
