Lotus

Lotus is a sensitive individual; though she may look like a cold, distant creature, she is just someone who enjoys her space. She is a loner to her core, and her psychic abilities make her suceptible to be easily overwhelmed, thus avoids overly noisy places or letting things get to close to her. She feels alien to others, so she avoids them. After all, if she can't stand them, they surely wouldn't stand her either.

Childhood

Even as a small Eevee, Lotus was plagued with sensory distress, being sensitive to harsh sunlight, noise and hated to be touched by anyone but her mother. She would spend most of her time cuddling next to her, her only safe space and the only member of her family that she would tolerate. Being a descendant from a long line of renowned contest and battle-trained Pokémon, she was expected to be taken by a trainer to be evolved and trained. But being as sensitive as she was, the distress of battle and the overbearing nature of contests, she hated both deeply. She would sneak away to be by herself, only returning to be with her mother. As time passed by, Lotus' mother had to stop caring for her, as she had to continue her duties as a battle Pokémon, thus leaving Lotus by herself. This was when Lotus tried to be taken by a trainer, unsure of what to do. This was quick, as a contest participant took her under his wing and started training her. It took a lot of patience and harship on her part, but it wasn't long when she finally evolved into and Espeon. Her trainer was overjoyed! Lotus was too, until it hit her. She could feel everything, her sensitivity grew to an unbearable scale, the sounds became louder, her psychic abilities made her conscious of every shift in her surroundings. It was too much for her to bear, so she ran away.

Present

Lotus wanders by herself since then, her mood severily affected by her new form. The collar around her neck helps her warn off any potential dangers that she can't deal by herself. She tends to catch the eye of trainers as she doesn't look like a wild Pokémon, but she can easily avoid them by scurrying away from them. She feeds off of what she can find and wanders endlessly, hoping to find a peaceful place to call home.
