» do not sell my designs if you did not buy it, regardless of any original monetary value. (i.e., user A bought it for $10 and traded, not sold, it to user B. user B cannot resell). if there is extra art that was purchased by you, you may resell for that value.

» you do not need to notify me of ownership changes!

» feel free to make edits to the design, but do not edit my art. please keep key elements of the design so as to be recognizably related to the original.

» if a design i have made is part of a closed species, their TOS comes first.

» you can turn my designs into a species design, as long as you provide your own original art for it.

» gijinkas / humanized versions of non-human designs are fine!

» do not lighten a character's natural skintone. with unnatural skintones, it's up to your discretion.

» do not remove any disabilities; you can stylize without removing these aspects. shifting how it presents is up to your discretion.
