- Any designs made by me can 100% be completely redesigned as you see fit, without any limitations at all whatsoever! I only wish to retain the original credit for the character's original design/concept and the artwork I drew. You do not need to ask me first to redesign anything, go wild!! You may also edit my artwork if the changes you wish to make are subtle (such as hue shifts, adding small details, removing small details, etc)
- The only exception to the above rule comes into play if your character is part of a CS (Closed Species)! Please respect their rules first, and check to see just how much of the character you can redesign!
- Feel free to create family members for the character that resembles their design in some way. Siblings, twins, parental figures, etc. Go bananas!!
- For the love of all that is holy do not use my characters, artwork, or anything to train any AI or to sell as NFTs or something of that sort. You will be blocked.
- Feel free to turn any character design of mine into a previously established CS if you'd like to! You do not need to ask me first, and if the group requires permission from the OG artist- you may use this as my permission! (Also while you don't HAVE to show me, I'd love to see what you do!) Just don't invent a whole entire brand new CS based solely around my design.
- Related to the above statement, should you wish to void a CS-made character, I have no qualms with you doing so! That is completely fine by me. Do whatever you like!!
- I strongly dislike "notify me if you trade"/ "if trading, give design back to _____" or anything of the sort, and would very much prefer if my designs don't end up in those situations.
- You may use any design I've created commercially without any fees or anything! I ultimately don't care. Just don't use MY artwork that I drew myself, thank you!!
- You may draw NSFW of any designs of mine you have!! You do you. Just don't then turn around and give the character with blatant NSFW artwork to a minor.
- I don't really care about keeping track of a character's "worth", if you bought or traded a character of mine or got commissions or WHATEVER it may be- who am I to dictate how much a character is worth to you, personally? If you need the cash- by all means sell the character for whatever you like!! Just have common sense and don't try to abuse this. :( As a base, I'd like to believe my designs should be able to sell for at least 25 USD, if you can't figure out a price.
- Please do not delete my designs off of toyhouse! But you're more than welcome to hide a character or keep them on authorized only or something, of course!! I do not need to be authorized or informed of what you're doing- that's none of my business as far as I'm concerned!
- I don't care about character co-ownership, do whatever you like! Just don't get me involved should there be any dispute, and I'd prefer if there wasn't any duplicate profiles made.
- Ultimately, at the end of the day in my eyes the character is yours and out of my hands, and as far as I'm concerned- is entirely under your control! No strings attached. The single only rule I wish to reinforce is that again, I want to remain as the original designer of the original character design, regardless of the changes it's been through.
