AAAH CUTEE !!! if I get her, I might use her as a sona, since she reminds me of myself so much. I'd probably only change one or two aspects of the character, that being the ears (I have a bias toward floppy-eared dogs) and the dog breed

she would be in the fashion industry, designing clothing (mainly in the kawaii categories). her partner would be akuma, who actually makes the clothing. she has a completely different aesthetic (so much that they sometimes clash) but always end up making some sort of compromise, or making a piece that satisfies the other one next.
on the side, she'd be a food critic and go around to different cafes and bakeries (having a big sweet tooth!) trying out sweets. she does this with her friend poki - they'd have a blog where they both write reviews about the food they eat. the two hope to open up their own bakery one day. alongside her knack for fashion design, pudding also has a keen eye for pastry decorating! together, they think they would run the best bakery in town :p
