transfem black/gray swiss army knife. a nightshift concierge who is exactly what they seem to be, an odd and eccentric, hyperactive worker who loves their job but often can come off as offputting to those who aren't familiar with them. theyre competent and adaptable, always looking to find a solution (even if sometimes there is none) although highly dependable, it is hard for strangers or newcomers to connect with them as the buildings customs and the town's general vibe are very different from mainstream traditions. morally gray and with a past of felonies, they are friends with everyone but havent exactly kept their record clean after jail (but no one has bat an eye enough to report them, so they continue their work)
