Caelus was born in the Beachsider village, to a particularly spiritual family. His family includes a variety of Seer’s and claimed Prophets, as well as Star Readers and Fortune Tellers. When Caelus was hatched, he became the families’ Star Child. A claimed gift from the great gods to help bring fortune to the tribe and his family. 

This belief came from the color of Caelus’ fur and feathers, which stands as a mutation among his family. His poor eyesight and coordinations can also be attributed to their mutation. His family believes his color resembles the SkyDancer, a seafaring bird which holds many spiritual and cultural beliefs pertaining to the beachside tribe. The major symbol it represents is good fortune and prosperity, and the birds feathers are considered good luck charms.
