-Right hand to a mafia boss. They’re the one who usually reigns in her temper. They’re also heavily involved in the mafia’s dealings with the Citlevian rebels, and essentially serve as the spokesperson for the boss, Dovie.

- Their father’s side of the family was also involved with the mafia, although none of their relatives ever attained anything near Bernie’s current high status. They’ve been working for Dovie for a very long time, and they’re very loyal to her.

- Polite and professional, sometimes to the point of coming across as insincere. They're prone to passive aggression and dislike direct violence (or at least, they dislike being the one to commit it). They’re still willing to get their hands dirty if they have to, though, as there are some things that Dovie doesn't trust anyone else with.

- In a situationship with Nell, one of the mafia’s enforcers. They think she's annoying and crass, but unfortunately they’re also really into her.
