Ark One

After the traitor of RiverClan; Darkclouds is exiled and driven from the clans, RiverClan is finally at peace. Runningtear spends alot of time with her best friend Erminetuft. Both are obviously head over heels for eachother, and eventually Erminetuft asks Runningtear to be in a relationship. Caught off guard, Runningtear declined, she wanted to be in a relationship but just wasnt ready for it. Crushed, Erminetuft cried and ran to camp. Both were avoiding eachother so bad that they wouldnt even make eye contact. Depressed and feeling like she ruined their friendship, Runningtear went on long walks often. While on a walk, she met Darkclouds. Defensive at first, but she warmed up to her and often vented to her new friend. Little did she know, Darkclouds was using her to gain information on the clans. Almost 5 moons after their first meeting, Darkclouds attacks WindClan at Midnight on a full moon. WindClan, overpowered by Darkclouds' army, seeks help from RiverClan, their closest bordering clan and ally. RiverClan rushes to help, their leader Falconstar brings more than half of their warriors, including Erminetuft. Runningtear is nowhere to be found, but they have more to worry about right know. ONce in battle, they find Runningtear, fighting WindClan on Darkclouds' side. Runningtear attacks Erminetuft once she gets the chance. Erminetuft succesfully convinces Runningtear that she's being manipulated, and she runs off and attacks Darkclouds. Darkclouds, caught offguard, is easily knocked back, with Runningtear yelling at her through the rain. Darkclouds sees the opportunity, and pounces at her, throwing Runnningtear and herself off the gorge and into the churning water.

Ark Two

Coughing, Runningtear finds herself in the gorge with Darkclouds. Darkclouds attacks her and Runningtear, weakened by the fall, could barely defend herself. Suddenly her view goes black, and she waked up on the shore of a gentle river. Runningtear tries to sand up, but her left leg is broken. Collapsing into a sobbing, blood-stained pile of fur, she sits there for a while. Finnaly at nightfall, she decides to move to a place with better shelter. She suddenly realized that Darkclouds was dead. her whole body was a bleeding mess, and her head was leaking blood. Disgusted at the sight, she wanted to get out of there even quicker. Slowly but surely, she limped to an abandoned barn. She sighed, finally getting some peace and quiet. Woken up by the acrid scent of dog, she was startled to find a dogat the entrance of the barn. Barking wildly at the sight of Runningtear, the dog raced towards her. Runningtear could only move backwards, and she let herself be cornered by the dog. Just when she thought she was about to die, two ginger cats attacked the dog and drove it out of the barn. Returning to Runningtear, they introduce themselves as Juniper and Finch. Theyre the local cats that live in the barn. Juniper lead Runningtear to their family and introduced them. Snow, a white she-cat, her 5 moon old kits; Spark and Alder, and a reddish tom named Buck. Runningtear accepted their offer to stay and Juniper fixed Runningtears broken leg and other wounds. One moon after staying with them she decides to leave. thanking the felines for their hospitality, and set off. She got pretty far before she found a ginger tom-kit named Alder following her. He expained how he really really wanted to join the clans and be in RiverClan, and Runningtear, exhausted and to tired to turn back, agreed to let him come with her. She basically raised him for the few months they were travelling. She taught him how to hunt, fight, and do basically everything. They both consider Runningtear as his adoptive mom. A few moons after Alder joins her, she finds the Clan's territories. She imediently runs to RiverClan's territory, and is overjoyed to pick up Erminetufts scent. She followed it to find Erminetuft hunting by herself. Runningtear called out her name. Started, Erminetuft turns around so see Runningtear standing there. Scarred and scraped, but still Runningtear. Erminetuft ran to her, nuzzling Runningtear. She leads Runningtear and Alder to RiverClan's camp, where shes met with many hostile glares. Falconstar isnt to welcoming, but agrees to let her in. He appoints Alder to be Runningtears apprentice with the name Alderpaw. Runningtear and Erminetuft finally become mates and forgive eachother, and continue their lives as if nothing ever happened.

• Runningtear wasnt orginally meant to be her name, I just chose it because i couldnt think of anyhing else.
• She has had her lore rewritted twice, this is her third variant.
