A peace before violence kind of kid, Mika tends to stay behidn the lines of violence and sticks to solving probelms not creating them. He always has a new idea, wether it be a spur fo the moment idea or brainstormed up for a situation hes in. Hes always willing to give his peers a listening ear and try to help them with whatever is bothering them.
Like most of the people that end up working for Oasislis, Mika Hayes grew up in Karos. Having a heavy interest in sci-fi films and fiction books growing up, he put his focus to trying to recreate the things he saw and thought up. When entering highschool he was seen as the odd kid at school with how absorbed he was in his interest. Throu that he met Rae and the two became good friends, Rae even encouraging his endless inventions. Eventually Rae told him about Oasislis, a group she was looking into joining but wasn't too keen on leaving Mika alone all the time once school ended. Mika not wanting to keep Rae from doign what she wanted after supporting him with his own goals, pushed her towards joining, even telling her he'd join too if she liked. 2 years later he does end up joining Oasislis as its sole scientist/inventor, makign new things to help them and expand his own knowledge on certian things.
Since working at Oasislis, he has gone to Theo for nearly anything. From Job related questions to advice for more personal situations. Theres no one at Oasislis that trusts Theo as much as Mika does. Theo tries his best to be supoortive and guide Mika the best he can by being there and answering his endless questions.
Even though he felt betrayed by Felix due to several events, Mika was one of the first to forgive Felix after everything. Their friendship while a bit more complicated now, is still a good frienship and they turn to eachother when in need of friendly advice or suggestions.
Having known eachother since highschool, theres no one the two trust more than eachother (other than A-Vee-), The two have silent understandings, and have a knack for knwoing what the other is feeling or thinking, making it easier to take care of eachother when one of them is feeling down. The two care for eachother very much.
Since meeting eachother the two clicked very fast, bonding over the little robots Mika had made and the knack A-Vee had for making them. The two eventually grew closer, dragging Rae with them, and a relationship blossomed despite the faction difference. They always make time for eachother to talk abotu silly ideas or hangout.

I use this song for both Mika and Rae, mostly to just represent (is that how i should word it?) how they grew up.

I just think this oen fits him. Not for any particular reason, just that it does.

I thought this one fit for his more inventive side....and the fact that they often end up dangerous by accident.

I think this one fit a bit more for His and Felix's relationship a bit :D.
