Cotton is a small robot with an extremely childish but tickled pink personality. She's always wanting to make new friends and loves to make them happy anyway she can. She might be a bit clumsy, VERY clumsy, as she's both not fully aware of her power and has a habit of acting before she thinks, but encountering her is a guaranteed memorable experience. Her most noteworthy features are her 3 bobbling head antenna and industrial fan imbedded into her body.

Cotton Candee is one of many robots made by the flower scientist duo, Clora and Buttercup. She was made to be seen as a daughter for both of them to take care of and nurture. She was also the third experiment/robot to be made by both of their efforts.

Despite having limbs the width of noodles and her body being very small, she is able to lift up to 3 tons of weight at a time without being crushed or weighed down by it. She is almost entirely unaware of this absurd powers of hers, surprising many around her as she just continues smiling with confusion. She also has the ability to create, what else, cotton candy, at will due to her chest fan mixing up sugar that is inserted through the top of her head, which she always seems to be full of.

Cotton was created out of desperation from both of the flower scientists, both of them struggling to stay sane after being freshly transferred into their new botanical bodies with their unfortunate side effects. They both wanted to prove that they were more than test subjects to a horrific corporation. After many failed attempts, Cotton was made, and proved that they didn't need to stay with SATC to have a purpose. Cotton was able to grow similar to a regular human child, and quickly got along with most of the other creations due to her charm and friendliness. She is always taken care of as top priority.

Cotton is a walking ray of sunshine with a metal shell. Even if the inside of it being full of wires and oiled darkness, the light shines brightly through her actions and demeanor.
