Broadcast

Broadcast is a TV head and the final core member of the Hattingtons. They point blank refuse to do performances, and the cats accepted this, instead giving Broadcast the role of head mechanic. They are solely responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of "ReviveTech", the technology the cats use to revive prisoners from the dead and allow performances to continue no matter how many times a performer dies. ReviveTech has its quirks, for instance, the first time a prisoner dies, a permanent scar will be left on their body when they are revived, which can never heal no matter how many times they respawn. 

Percival's is his missing wing, Idris's is a burnt up portion of her face [she covers it with the bandana], and Skull's is the scar that zigzags up his chest. Broadcast's is their missing arm, which they rebuilt using scrap around the prison. Detrox's is the cavity in his face the octopus eats from. 

ReviveTech is incredibly valuable to the cats, but can also be remote deactivated by the cats at any time if they get bored a prisoner dying over and over again. Broadcast carries a heavy burden, which they confide in Detrox, bringing the duo closer. 

Broadcast uses their incredible knowledge of programming and electronics for the good of the rebellion, and they created an entirely new network for rebels to communicate over during performances, allowing them to save more lives. They are a positive person and always try to see the future optimistically, no matter how bad Detrox's predictions seem on paper at times.
