ImperialHarmony’s Adopt Terms of Service

By purchasing an adopt from ImperialHarmony you are acknowledging that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service. TOS will also be present on all invoices sent out.

• Payment
  • Payment is in USD and will be done by Paypal invoice only. 
  • Payment must be sent before adopt will be transferred. The adopt will be transferred within 24 hours of payment being received unless extenuating circumstances exist. (Only stands for premade adopts).
  • ImperialHarmony reserves the right to change their mind about an adopt being sold for any reason before payment has been sent and received.
  • Adopts only come with personal use rights, if looking to use the design commercially or for profit for any reason, a $50 fee will be added to the original price.
  • All adopts are non-refundable final sales.
• What You Can Do
  • Redesign the adopt and/or make changes to the design. (If the original design is still obviously recognizable in the redesign partial credit is still requested.)
  • Be creative with the adopt. ex. give them personality, write about them, draw them, and receive art of them.
  •  Post the design on other sites with proper credit.
  • Be resold, traded, and gifted. (See the section in What You May Not Do before doing so)
• What You May Not Do
  • Use the design in any way to promote hateful ideologies, pedophilia, and other similar content. 
  • Sell or trade the adopt for more than the initial price unless additional art had been added.
  • Edit the original art the adopt comes with in any way. 
  • Post the design on a new site for the first time without credit. 
  • Take credit for the design and or art. 
  • Delete the adopt off of Toyhouse.
  •  Use any of my art or designs in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
• Artist Rights
  • I still hold rights to any piece of artwork I produce; this means I may repost the artwork on other sites to promote myself at any time (with proper credit to design owners).
• Other Information
  • All adopts are digital goods. By buying one you acknowledge that you will not be receiving a physical item and that the files will be sent over via Toyhouse to the username provided.
  • Failure to follow TOS may result in being blacklisted from purchasing any other designs by ImperialHarmony.
