Tempest is a gentleman who acknowledges and respects your rules, but will kindly throw them to the wind, as they are stupid. Chivalrous and a good samaritan without question, but also...creeping trough an alley in the middle of the night...? To be honest, he doesn't mean to come off as the trouble-making sort. It's terrible for the appearance. Yet, he is very well versed in stumbling into places where he doesn't belong and is just rolling with it now. Street-smart and--wait, let him get that door for you.
