Cole Campbell [Glee]

Cole Campbell is the newest member of McKinley High's New Directions - he joined the glee club upon noticing Rachel Berry (a sophomore to his freshman), and instantly feeling a need to get closer to her. Rachel is somewhat confused at first by his insistence to be friends, but doesn't mind in the slightest. She's not the kind to turn down a friendship - especially one that seems so wholehearted. Cole is quite empathetic and willing to please - at times, a little more willing than he should be - however, this seems to work well for Rachel! She's always looking for someone to support her, and that's something no other boy at McKinley has been willing to unconditionally do. It doesn't take long before the two are close friends, finding out they share quite a bit in common. And if it does turn into something more, then who is Rachel to argue? Maybe he's the one who'll truly stick by her.
