In Roman Mythology, Veritas is the goddess of truth, a daughter of  Chronos. It was believed that she hid in a holy well because she was so  elusive.

A shy pacapillar who likes to hide in her shell and look like an inanimate bottle of slime. 

She highly regards information and books of knowledge, and hoards anything of interest she could find. Veritas does not go out of her way to connect with other pacapillars, often working away from others' line of sight.

However she does make an appearance during festivals, important occasions, or planned meetings.
