A member of one of the Five Fingers, Moira Cereza is a high ranking Meister in the Ring and is dubbed as "The Tailor." Moira Cereza is the Project Moon Sona of Rengalia .
His past is insignificant, as all that is known of him is that he impressed the Ring with his designs and avant garde "raw humanity". It is unknown how he sources such high quality material, but it is speculated that he has "human farms" in which he takes in people and feeds them through his lavish parties and spoiling them, fattening them up for the slaughter and creating different fabrics out of them. He also has human "pets", whom he "treasures" in the form of turning them into "moving art" by having them perform routines to entertain guests. They usually perform in his private estate and some openings for select shows of his. Moira Cereza also has apprentices and students who all live with him to learn his design and become his proteges. However; he is a very cutthroat master and teacher, and is impatient with slow learners and those having difficulty keeping up. those who fail to meet his standards, be it pet or student, get turned into cloth themselves for his next design.
Although a member of the Ring for only three years, Moira Cereza quickly rose up in the ranks due to his efficiency and his work in the Ring. His designs have been coveted by many a Nest resident and his pieces have been put up for auction in the past. His shows are highly popular in the Nest for their show of "raw humanity" and "base instinct", making his red carpets the blood of his victims in his shows. Later on, the dead bodies used for his shows will be spun into cloth for his use. The ones of lesser quality get sold off to other designers within the Ring. His auctions are highly popular as well, as he quickly creates signature pieces that different galleries and private individuals want to own.
Moira Cereza likes to come off as mysterious and sultry, but the truth is that he is introverted and doesn't like dealing with people so much. Even with his pets and his students, he spends little time with them and leaves them to be taken care of by his stewards. He often cannot be bothered to deal with people, and he quietly does his work in his lonesome. He likes to claim he has a wide range of tastes and he would be truthful about it. However; there are some tastes he would rather keep to himself. Such as his quirks of liking small and cute things, including cute music, though he will never admit to it to keep face amongst his peers.
