Oculus Vacuo

Benevolent by nature, Oculus is a very.. perculiar celestial being. With the ability to control matter at it's most simplest, he has the power to bend anything to his will. The very construct of existence is a mere toy in his hands.. yet it rarely interests him. The soul, a part of creation he has no control over, is much more fascinating.. what something alive does with it's life.

He spends much of his time traveling, observing life at it's finest across the cosmos. Occasionally he'll wear a glamour, bridge the approach to less developed worlds more smoothly to observe and learn. And who knows.. maybe he'll stick around here and there, set up temporary residence.. teach. Expand his knowledge. Who knows, what he might consider boring could turn into someone else's life's work.
