→ personality: He’s passionate as ever about his work, and is determined to impress his higher ups, and rise to the higher circles. He follows rules religiously, and never steps out of line or stands up for himself. On accident, he can tend to be rude. This is mainly due to him pointing things out he shouldn’t, talking out of turn, or just being a bit odd. He’s very innocent in what goes on in the world, and tries his hardest to stay positive.

→ backstory: His family comes from the Seventh Circle, but he worked as hard as he could to get higher and higher, such as rule following and studying for his intelligence. Being a smart guy, and slightly out of the ordinary he got picked on quite often - not that he really picked up on this - which helped keep his positive attitude. Now he works as an assistant and is still working to get higher.

→ Appearance: A short, plus sized Icewing with light yellow (almost white) belly scales and spines that fade into light blue, along with his wings. As you go higher on his back and closer to his spines the stripes and blueness come in darker. He has dark blue eyes with a lighter blue ring in the center near the pupil.
