head of a small construction project in ddl & assigned to help with a couple minor operations around hq. he is always busy with something or rushing between meetings. fears being demoted so bad he’ll take on any extra work given to him in order to prevent that possibility.

the lights along her face make her entire head glow, which is handy for seeing in a district that’s always dark. his mouth usually stays open when idling, but he closes it when focused. she can typically be seen with a clipboard or paperwork, even when patrolling. she just sees toons as a harmless annoyance & only bothers with ones that could actively hinder her, so she multitasks on patrols.

initially met lee by complete coincidence closer to her hire & eventually became unlikely friends or something. gets onto zir for shirking whenever ze visits on the clock, but it just makes zir start this whole debate about what really counts as skipping work (legal loopholes included) to make him mad. has become acquaintances with almost every cog that frequents bdhq/ddl due to his constant work on various projects, and he’s even begun keeping tabs on toons if he thinks they could cause a disturbance. extremely meticulous, which either earns her respect or complete avoidance from coworkers.
