Tetnus is the co-head of the High City magic council with Rejector, and is several hundred years old. He, much like Rejector, is a stickler for rules and gets very drastic when upset which always causes more harm than good. His magic abilities are cursing (with intent and sentencing) and transmutation to a lesser degree. No one knows who his parents are or where he came from, as he has been raised by Rejector's family his entire life. They are like brothers.
