Backstory Summary:
Jacred is/was? a glitch that managed to become sentient after it's home universe had a forced restart, it doesn't know how or why it happened. but it's alive now. and tends to cause problems to whomever it sets it's eyes on.
it met Shen after he get back from his outside-the-multiverse event....? though it might've been the one to push him into that situation? who's to say.
