"Either buy something or cheese off, buddy."
Head chef, owner, operator, and driver of the best grilled cheese truck this side of town. Cheddar's truck has a reputation for having delicious, premium grilled cheese sandwiches, but having freaks for hire.
As a business owner, Cheddar is quite frugal when it comes to her expenses. The customer may not always be right, but their money sure is! Despite her tendency to cut corners on occasion, she runs a tight ship, and the only thing she hates more than burnt sandwiches is a wasted opportunity.

BACKGROUND
Why Sandwiches?
Why not sandwiches? Think about it. People need to eat. What better way to scoop up a customer base than by offering not only good food, but good food for CHEAP? It's foolproof. Nobody can deny a good sandwich.
Non-dairy options?
The only lactose intolerant friendly option we have is water. The hell do you think is sold at a GRILLED CHEESE truck? Get out of my restauraunt.
Vegan options?
Due to certain incidents, vegans are banned from the establishment effective immeadiately.
RELATIONSHIPS
Sometimes you meet a shady looking guy during jury duty and hit it off. Sometimes you build a business together. Sometimes you hire the freak you met during jury duty to be your security detail and cheese dealer.
Although technically a contract gig, Brie's been sticking around. Mostly because she can't afford to eat on her non-existent salary as a freelancer and Cheddar pays her in sandwiches.
