A twisted girl, Rosalie was raised by her serial killer father, Ciel, who taught her how to torture people from the age of 12. She tends to make strong emotional attachments, and experiences emotion strongly, but tends to be severely lacking when it comes to actual empathy. Growing up, she was never taught basic kindness or empathy at all. She was never actually very close to her father, as he tended to be emotionally distant from her, while her mother, Eva, she keeps a close bond with.

She hosts a red room livestream on the dark web as a pay-to-watch service where she basically tortures people for hours on end while in costume, going by the alias 'Cherry' and wearing masks to help her anonymity while on live. She resides in a large house out in the country, provided to her mostly by her rich father when he kicked her out. She lives alone in the huge house, although she does hire a few maids for general upkeep.
