YOU MAY

• use the design for personal use
• use the design for commercial use upon further discussion with the designer (me)

OTHER

• you are free to make alterations to the design as you see fit—just ensure that I am credited for the original
• co-owning is allowed; however, please contact me before making another profile for the character—
  • you may co-own with as many people as you’d like, but please limit the number of profiles to two

DO NOT

• add/edit any terms on my TOS
• purchase a design for the sake of immediately putting them back up for sale/trade
• claim the original design as your own
• trade/gift/sell/upload my designs off-site without my explicit permission
