King Nothing is the ruler over the feral world. He is a snobby king that only cares for himself, and will go out of his way to make others feel upset. Citizens call him the 'trash' of the kingdom. His colours change drastically, mostly with his emotions. When he gets into fights, he will laugh in humour at his adversery.
He has a TV like effect in his design to reflect how much power he has over society, just like media and television does.
