ABOUT
Chloe Philly is one of the nearsiblings as a Philly-Coughs kid. She really loves environmental science and learning about ecosystems and nature and being in nature, going on hikes, gardening, visiting her mom's botanical garden, and trips to the great outdoors like Disa Point. She loves wildlife as well, from insects, to seaferries, to skyferries, and other creatures in nature. She likes visiting zoos a lot as well to see ferries, but also likes seeing them in their natural habitats. She also loves nature documentaries and her favorite class is Spinch science.
Despite having the same sort of plant science interests as Hemera, in personality, Chloe is a little bit more like the way Carrie used to be - she often gets into trouble and dangerous situations, much to Hemera's dismay. She looks up to Norma a lot and wants to be cool like her, and Norma isn't exactly the best influence because of the trouble she and Eve get into. Chloe also has a tendency to be rebellious and not listen to her parents when they tell her to do or not do certain things, which causes a lot of problems sometimes.
While she looks up to her older sisters more than anything, her best friend in the world happens to be Violet, and they play together a lot and often get into troubling situations together. Chloe often follows around Norma or Blair to see what they're doing because she finds their adventures to be cool. Hemera worries endlessly about Chloe and the type of behavior that she exhibits - her protectiveness remains in the way of her child being in danger.

Chloe often doesn't listen to adults and gets into trouble a lot, doing things she shouldn't and explicitly going against their wishes, sometimes on purpose and out of spite because she doesn't like being controlled by grown-ups.

Chloe's love of environmental science gives her great critical thinking and problem-solving skills. She knows a lot about ecosystems and survival techniques in wilderness.

Chloe wants to be just like her big sisters with all the adventures they get up to, and idolizes all of them a lot and is influenced by their behavior pretty often - not always in positive ways.

SIGNIFICANT LINKS
Chloe looks up to Norma so much and thinks she's the coolest and the best. She often feels like she'll never be as cool as her, and often does things she shouldn't trying to appease or be like Norma.
Chloe is so interested in Blair's paranormal adventures and often begs to tag along on them, but gets into trouble a lot when she does this without asking or telling her parents.
Violet and Chloe are best friends and love to hang out together and watch zombie movies and play pretend games together. They don't see each other as often as Chloe sees the Comets, but when they do see each other, they're literally inseparable and impossible to pull apart.
Carrie and Chloe are pretty close - Carrie gets reminded of her younger self a lot in Chloe, but that's not always a good thing, and she does get a little worried sometimes about the trouble she can get into.
Though they bond a lot over their shared interests, Chloe is a huge source of stress for Hemera because of all the danger she ends up in, and she's very concerned about her daughter a LOT.
