User can phase through anything they want and can make themselves invisible to anyone they want.
Drawback: Overuse of quirk can cause light-headedness and disoriantation.
II.
Subtitle.
Tokyo had a good home life growing up, she had loving parents, very loving mom and a dad who was around but didn't interact much but Tokyo knew he loved her. Tokyo had good grades in school and like every other kid in school, wanted to be a hero. She trained hard and knew her strengths and weaknesses, she figured out quickly that she's excellent in hand to hand combat and stealth, not so great with long range combat or long drawn out fights. She knew how to use her smarts and is amazing at observing and analsing which she uses to her advantage always.
When Tokyo turned 13, for her birthday her parents went to a store to get her birthday cake while she stayed home asleep. Tokyo's parents unfortunately got caught in a villain attack and the shop crumbled on top of her parents before any heroes could get to them. Tokyo knew that because her parents were dead she'd be taken into the system and she didn't wanna go into foster care so she packed a bag of things and left the house, leaving everything behind.
Tokyo roamed the streets of Musutafu and eventually found an abandoned storage warehouse that she made her new home. Tokyo still kept up with her training and tried to not eat as much to preserve the food she had packed, but once she was out and was starving she knew it was either die or steal. So Tokyo started stealing food when she could and would only take small bites of the food to save it as long as she could, eventually her body got used to lack of food and she stopped feeling hunger. Tokyo also gave up on her desire to become a hero quickly as she knew she couldn't pay to go to school and she wouldn't be able to clean her uniform, so she decided to start helping out late at night for those in trouble and became a vigilante. Tokyo knew what she doing was illegal but it fed her an adrenaline rush and the satsifaction of helping others even if what she was doing could get her arrested.
