 History

Landon was born on Feb 7th by a woman named Cecila Elvia in the small town of Areth, located in the kingdom of Eliciath ( el - lee- see-uh-th ).
His mother was simple commoner, however, his father was the crown prince of Eliciath, a man whom was engaged to the princess of Reos. His father, Helios , was not the most responsible of people, rebelling against the kings wishes and originally opposed to the idea of marrying the princess merely to unite the kingdoms. During this period of time the prince had often snuck out of the palace and bedded with many women, one of whom would turn out to be the mother of Landon. Shortly after his night with Cecila, the princess of Reo's, a woman by the name of Morgina, arrived at Eliciath and the prince and princess were introduced to one another face to face for the first time. Needless to say, all of Helios's previous desires to fight the marriage were tossed aside as he was swiftly enamored by the princess's beauty.  Within a month Helios and Morgina were wed.

Tragedy struck the royal family however when the King succumbed to illness, ultimately leading in his death. With his father's passing Helios was crowned the king. A week after his father's passing Helios was given news that Morgina was pregnant. Then when the queen began showing physical signs of her pregnancy the news that she was with child was announced to the kingdom and became a hot topic within the community. At this same time, Cecila was also pregnant with none other than Helio's child.
Month's passed and finally both Morgina and Cecila were within their final trimester. Cecila secretly contacted the king, informing him that she was  carrying his child and should he not abide by her conditions than she would ruin him. Fearful that his wife might find out about this information Helios planned to take matters into his own hands. However, on the very night he was to do so, Morgina went into labor, putting his plans to a halt. At the same time Cecila herself was giving birth. When Morgina finally gave birth the midwife quickly left the room with king and showed him the infant. Unfortunately the child had been born with a fatal condition, only living long enough for the queen to hear it crying as it entered into the world.

Reminded of Cecila's pregnancy the king  ordered the midwife to secretly bury the child and he and two of his most trusted men swiftly rode off into the town. Luckily Cecila's home wasn't too far out into the town and the queen, who was exhausted from her labor was easily stalled from seeing her child. When the king arrived at Cecila's home he found her holding a healthy baby boy, however Cecila herself was dying, her last words a plea for the king to take care of her child. Seeing this as his opportunity he took the child, carefully swaddling the infant as he returned back to the palace. There the boy was wrapped in a  new blanket and given to the midwife to carry into the room. From the moment that the queen held the child in her arms, Landon changed from a commoner to a prince.
