Born in 3E 406, Li'ouga is a Vampire thief and ex Listener for the Dark Brotherhood. She is also knows as the "Hero of Kvatch".
Li'ouga was adopted as an infant by a Bosmer couple in 3E 406 after being made orphaned by a bandit raid that killed both her parents and the caravan that they traveled with. Her fathers taught her how to use a bow, hunt, lie, and steal and taught her that life is full of opportunities that she should never hesitate to take. At the age of 27, she joined the Dark Brotherhood and was turned into a vampire. During her time there, she met Lucien Lachance who she swiftly fell for, and he her. In 3E 433, events would transpire that forced her to slay her Brothers and Sisters in her sanctuary and would cause the murder of her love Lucien. By 3E 455, these events would haunt poor Li'ouga to the point of leaving the Dark Brotherhood until finding her way to Skyrim in 4E 201.
