Diego "Fuego"

Diego is a firefly with natural born fire magic!  

He doesn't consider his power to be important nor impressive, as it requires burning something in order to cast. Takes multiple finger snaps to produce a spark to get a fire going, however, the resulting flames are extremely hot and will burn blue no matter the material it consumes! 🔵🔥

Diego ran away from home due to poor living conditions and joined a bandit group as a kid. They took him in and taught him the ways on how to fight, steal, and lie to survive.

As a bandit, he is known as "Fuego". A name given to him by the other bandits for his fiery rage, his flame colored hair before it had to be shaven down, and that one time he set his own tent on fire when he discovered his magic. That one really sealed it. 

The group has been trying to get him to tell them his name but the little guy just refused to answer. His name wasn't important. And he didn't care what the others called him to get his attention, so Fuego stuck more than the other names.

Diego struggles with being aggressive and would often get into fights with fellow bandits when provoked. ..he's working on it after leaving the group.

Diego comes off as grumpy and stoic. He has gone through many hardships that a reason to smile is difficult to find. Prefers to do things alone and would rather get swallowed up in quicksand than ask for help. 

All was well living with bandits, until he met Andrea, who made him become aware of how terrible bandits truly were.

One thing he has always hated to see is defenseless bugs getting hurt.
