- don’t hide my designs, i like to keep an eye on them to make sure no one on my blacklist is getting them (exceptions are if they’re only temporarily privated for page coding or something similar) 

- don’t co-own my designs, sorry but many problems can come from it and its far easier for me this way

- don’t colorpick them or blatantly rip them off

- don’t sell them to blacklisted individuals, i suggest pinging me before you give them to someone so i can check as theres many individuals that although not publically blacklisted, i do not want to own my designs (you dont have to ping if you’re simply entertaining offers, just if you’re going to transfer them to someone) 

- although i’m ok with dark themes, please don’t make my designs into anything disgusting such as groomers or pedophiles

- you’re allowed to edit my designs to your heart’s content, but please keep me as a designer somewhere. if you added any major design changes you can also add yourself as one

- you can use my designs in breedables or give them family members, but please dont make them blatant replicas. i highly suggest dming me first to check if im ok with the design produced

- i can confiscate designs if the owner has been outed for terrible things with hard proof (by terrible things i am not referring to petty drama and although i may not approve of it, something small like color palette theft wont get ur design confiscated dw! but things like but not limited to pedophilia, feral/general things that cannot consent nsfw, and overall just vile stances on things can get a design confiscated)

- you’re free to trade them whenever, but please let me know who youre trading them to BEFORE you trade it so i can check and see if theyre on my private or public blacklists for you
