Neon Beat is a goth member of a pop punk band. She plays the drums and other percussion instruments. She is generally an extroverted and loud pony, unafraid to speak her mind. She could be considered reckless at times, but regardless she is a good and reliable friend to her fellow band members. Her hair is often as wild and untamed as her personality, covering her blue eyes.
