Zyr

Zyr is a deep sea eel. They are very outgoing and enjoy attention from anyone who's willing to listen to their rambles. They're a bit of an attention seeker, but that's because they like being looked at and feeling pretty.

While they don't remember much of their past or childhood, they do remember they never really enjoyed being alone. So when Zyr first came to live on the surface it was a massive culture shock for them to learn, overcome and get used to all the differences of no longer living underwater. Thankfully, they quickly managed to find people they clicked with. They loved people, and people loved them - so, naturally, social media was a must and quickly became an everyday norm for them to post.

With new places came new experiences, and Zyr quickly developed a reputation for being a heartbreaker. They would get into a relationships quickly, loving the idea of being in love, and call it quits when it didn't match the exact idea they had going into it. Fortunately, they're slowly learning love life IRL isn't like it is in movies.

Zyr also absolutely adores films, film history, cinematography, sound design, etc etc-- It very quickly became one of their favourite things to exist. From how films are made, to getting their hands on early scripts, to being able to list multiple directors and designers off from the top of their head like if it was nothing. They absolutely love filmography and everything about it.

They can often be found working at a clothes store in order to get their hands on physical copies of the movies they most enjoy to add to their collection.

As polite and sweet as they are, be ware when watching movies with them! They have a tendency to pause and nerd out about details, references and little effects a lot.
