A character i created from a pound adopt! I just really loved his name, and decided i would adapt it for character use. He's kind of an idiot, and is a bored, spoiled rich boy sitting in a high position in his parents company. When crime calls, he (somehow) transforms into the MUCH taller, handsomer, nicer superhero Captain Exclamation Point (or Captain! for short).
