Atom is very proud of his extra eyes and uses them to his advantage whenever he can. His favorite past time is using his tail to peep into places that he probably shouldn't be looking. This of course has gotten him in trouble more than once but being the trouble maker that he is, doesn't really phase him. 

Atom doesn't have any real motivation in life aside from his peeping.
His inheritance pays his way, including his bail. This leaves his days free to pursue his 'hobby' as he doesn't have a need for
a job. 
Though, secretly, his dream is to be a secret agent spy.

Atom has always been something of a 'creepy' kid since he prefers to observe than to participate and that has left him as a bit of a loner. Which is a life style that he prefers; he'd rather watch people and make up his own stories for them from afar than get to know them.
If pressed on the subject, he'd blame it on his cold, distant parents, whom he hardly ever sees.

EYES :: All of Atom's eyes are the same color. His sclera is a deep, navy blue (like his markings, with bright blue irises and raspberry (like his hair) slit pupils.

TAIL :: Atom's tail is very thin and whip like. The eye at the end is able to open and close. When the eye is open it is flat and very thin, like a disk or saucer. When the eye is closed, its looks just like the rest of his tail, thin with a rounded tip.
