Rusty is a smug and cheeky fella. He is known to have a few dimes but that's thanks to his... sneaky foxy talent that I don't think anyone should be proud of.
Anyways!
He likes a challange, the more difficult it is, the better.
Really.
He is so full of energy, he has to let it go somewhere. He loves causing trouble and I mean it. He might be even causing fights for fun and noone is going to stop him. But he's not a bad guy!
