Krigsgaldr is a common beast living in the Bleakbone Clan. He is the matriarch Marrowmore's mate and right hand.

Krigsgaldr is, by nature, a very calm and peaceful person. This may seem like a disadvantage due to the clan he was born into, but he focuses less on war and more on helpful tasks, such as healing.
He is insecure because of his lack of sense of smell, a genetic condition he was born with. Other clan members frequently belittled him in his childhood because he could not hunt. He was made to feel as if his gentle nature and shortcomings were weaknesses, and it was only when he befriended Marrowmore that he was told any different.

Although they seem like an unlikely pairing, Marrowmore and Krigsgaldr care deeply for each other. Marrowmore was the first clan member to not judge Krigsgaldr for his soft nature and lack of sense of smell, and even helped him find ways to serve his clan despite his problems.
