An outgoing individual that loves to interact with people and make people smile. He can be obnoxious or bold due to his outgoing nature,
which can lead to occassional banter and sometimes accidental compliments people may take as flirting.
He's not too careful with his wording but he makes up for it with his humor and talk.

Bio:
Created with the ability to manipulate electricity, Jasper is able to produce enough power to keep the lights on in a building and pretty speedy with what he can do.
However due to that attribute he can end up being clumsy with what he does and burns through his own energy a lot. He can be seen tripping when running or biting his own tongue when talking too fast.

In his past life he was part of a well known local rock band, who became very popular in the back alley bars and clubs. However his time was cut short when a shady stage set up collapsed on him and his band members, leading him to his new life as a Scarfox.

As of now he is a guitar player and singer in an underground rock/punk rock band in a city at night, and working on and improving instruments by day.
