Neil is a radio show host and hosts the station "Oracle Radio". He isn't a professional and records from his room, so he only has a few handful of listeners.
He believes his roommate is an alien and is also incredibly paranoid in general. He believes in aliens, conspiracy theories and all that nonsense.
