Revyn, by all accounts, is a 'rare' protogen type, admittedly not a traditional rare subspecies. He belongs to a long-outdated protogen class called the Type-01s, the first protogens created by the Caldari State corporation Kaalakiota, in an effort to mimic human emotion and intelligence through an originally created biological source.
When anti-protogen sentiment boiled over in its entirety and sparked a 49 year witch hunt to hunt down and kill the Type 01 species, Revyn was caught attempting to escape Caldari space through the low-security Tama chokepoint. For many years he was held against his will by the government body that had a hand in creating him, until the Caldari dictator Faibulkor Kujen seized power over the unstable Caldari senate and granted temporary amnesty for the slim few surviving Type 01s, including Revyn.
AEGIS
|| PLATONIC BOYFRIEND ||
Revyn's known Aegis nearly his entire life. During the forty-nine-year Type 01 purge following the Triglavian Invasion the two closely bonded after Aegis defied his superior's kill orders and saved the protogen's life.
VEKOS
|| TENTATIVE COMPATRIOT ||
Vekos' hardheaded and slightly cynical personality clashes extremely hard with Revyn's socially awkward, introverted self. Even without knowing the wolf-fox hybrid's true identity Revyn had not been terribly inclined to work with him. Finding out his true identity was an extreme shock for the poor protogen, but seeing how withholding his identity had destroyed Vekos' mental well-being, Revyn couldn't help but see a kindred spirit, as unlike as the two were.
