Tardust is a warrior at his clan, he has great tracking skills that he uses for food an on occasions to track other cats.

Tar's mother died during birth and his father is a deputy. Tar is really short tempered and usually gets lectured by his dad for acting without thinking.

One day Tar and his dad got in an argument that left Tar wandering hunting to relieve anger. His hunt was ruined by Cinnamonpaw which angered Tar even more. They got in a fight but he soon realized Cin was a lost kittypet and couldn't fight. He decides to help Cin and brings him to the clan and helps him get used to the wilderness.
