By purchasing my designs you have read and agreed to my terms of service.

It is not my fault if you didn't, and you face consequences.

I do not allow co-owning.

You may not trade/sell my designs to anyone off toyhouse, storing is fine.

NEVER delete my designs off of toyhouse. This is my way of keeping track.

Selling/Trading to blacklisted users results in immediate blacklisting, public. You will be warned beforehand.

Selling raffle designs without commissions/personal art made results in immediate blacklisting, public.

Reselling for higher than the character is worth is not okay! You will be blacklisted

Once a character has been traded/gifted (with no added usd), it's worth is 0$ or just the USD value + trade value.

The worth is only increased if commissions/personal art is made, gifts do not add value.

Detransitioning clear trans designs makes me incredibly uncomfortable, don't do it.

Redesigning is fine as long as it's not drastic, edits the original art, or removes important details.

Redesigns are again fine, but making a redesign a different character from the OG is NOT ALLOWED.

I do not support "MAPs"/ZOOs (like a normal person). I believe they deserve death, I'm not joking. Do not make any of my designs engage in that behavior, I will blacklist you and call you tf out.

This goes for any problematic behavior, but mostly "MAPs"/ZOOs.
