Emoji Adopts (1/5 OPEN)'s Ownership

1. GIFTS | FREEBIES 
- If I give you a character for as a gift or request, they may ONLY be traded for another character. If I see that you're trying to trade said gifted character off for art I will message you and ask for the listing to be changed. If you have done this previously it's completely fine but it's made me feel itchy so I wanted to make this a new rule.

- As for freebies, they may only be given for free again until they have gained other art to up their worth. If you don't want to trade off a character I gave to you as a  request/gift and you don't plan on using them anytime soon I can take  them back with open arms if you wish.

2. DESIGN PURPOSES 
- I don't really mind how you use my designs as long as they aren't used for NSFW purposes. I am a minor and I am uncomfortable with being associated with that sort of stuff. If I find out you've used one of my designs for NSFW purposes I might just block you because eoeueughheggghh.... (no offense, it just makes me SUPER uncomfortable!!)

3. CREDIT 
- This should be something obvious but please credit me and don't claim the design as your own! You can say you own the character design, but I made them and all credits for the design should go to me unless they've been redesigned.

4. SALES.
- Do NOT, under ANY circumstance, sell my designs for real money.

5. VISIBILITY - PLEASE READ.
- If you get a character from me, regardless of whether they were designed by me or not, you MUST keep them to where I can see them. I've had this happen so many times and I always think "welp, they're gone/deleted" and I make a mental note to not trade with that person again. So PLEASE, if you get a character from me, either don't hide them or hide them, let me know you did, and give me a character key please!
