she's sheathed and bonded to her birth clan, the Still Lake clan, and her best friend is a [vingan? humakti?] duck warrior. de facto duck/human clan; technically they're allies but maps made by them do not distingush the two tulas and members of both halves of the community frequently refer to themselves as being from a single clan.
